At Curlsmith, we want you to love your curls, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our gently-used criteria to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely package your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, making sure to include any required return documentation inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
